After you placed the order we will send you the
user name and password to login into the Private Customer Only area
of our web site to download full version of the HelpKit. You will also receive the unique Serial Number that
you will use to install the full version.
Please allow adequate time for order processing
which could take up to 24 hours (most orders are fulfilled in couple of hours). If you do not receive
the registration e-mail within 24 hours after you place
the order, please send an e-mail to sales@devcomponents.com
Please note that we do not ship our products via e-mail to individuals with
anonymous e-mail addresses from organizations such as Hotmail, Yahoo etc.
All HelpKit orders include 90 days support.
